Pre sales service
During the selection of product models, users are warmly welcome to visit our company for on-site inspections, and we will provide all convenience. And provide users with various technical consultations, answer their questions, introduce the basic structure, technical standards, production processes, and testing methods of the product, understand the various requirements of users in detail, and provide necessary technical information.
In sales services
1. After the sales contract is signed, users are welcome to send someone to our company to supervise the production and manufacturing process. We will actively cooperate and provide convenience for work and life. We will take any opinions raised by the supervision personnel regarding product manufacturing quality seriously and make timely improvements.
2. Before the product leaves the factory for inspection, we will promptly notify users to come to our company for witnessing and provide convenience for work and life for those who come.
3. Before the product is shipped, it will be packaged according to the contract provisions and the user will be notified of the arrival time of the goods.
4. Transport by car or air, and provide users with certificates of conformity, factory test reports, and shipping lists along with the goods.
5. Any damage to the goods during transportation will be the responsibility of our company.
After sales service
1. Users are not responsible for any product problems caused by improper use due to personal reasons during use, and do not enjoy the seven day free return and exchange rights.
2. The products manufactured and sold by our company have a quality assurance period of seven days from the date of acceptance.
3. During the warranty period, if the quality problems of the product are caused by our company's design and manufacturing reasons, our company is responsible for guaranteeing repair, replacement, and return. After the warranty period, regardless of the reason for the quality problem of the product, our company will still provide free maintenance or replace it at cost price.
